All digital products (templates, diagnostics, prompt libraries, toolkits) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

2. Access Issues
If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, Aurevia will re-send or restore access.

3. No Resale or Redistribution
Products are licensed for use within the purchasing organisation only.
